Maxwell's House of Art was established in 1975.
Felix Maxwell is a well-established and emerging Artist whose primary focus is
Pastels and Acrylic Works on Paper.
A native of Tennessee, Felix is predominantly
self-taught. He has studied privately with artist Pat Cathey, attended workshops and
demonstrations on Pastel Paintings.
